Board of Directors

The Association “BISCUM Foundation”, abbreviated as AFB, is administered by a board of directors of at least ten (10) members, organized into three (3) colleges:

The college of founders, It is composed of people who created the association and who contributed to its establishment and functioning.
The College of the «Friends» of the association, which includes natural persons who contribute to the association’s missions through their actions.

The College of Qualified Persons which includes natural persons selected for their expertise in the association’s fields of activity

Seats remain open within the association and the board of directors in the created colleges, and within the board of donors and patrons that designates natural or legal persons who, without contributing funds to the association, grant it monetary or in-kind donations whose value is greater than or equal to five hundred thousand (500,000) XAF.
The board of directors of the AFB has thus been composed until now of ten members, with a gender balance of five men and five women. This board meets twice a year (every six months) to discuss issues related to the AFB’s action plan, its projects, the available budget, and its members.
